About
I like to make beautiful things and to make beautiful things happen.
I am happiest when orchestrating visually daring and insouciant branding. I draw power and wisdom for my strategic leadership from my background in art and spirituality.
When I say spiritual strategy, what I mean is: reading the room with a sensitivity informed by history and psychology; structuring the environment for transformative conversations to be spacious and full of possibility; understanding how power, shame, and belonging move among people to either integrate or polarize a work culture; feeling out the deepest structures of belief that shape polices, practices, language, and values.
I like to take things apart—ideologies, policies, mechanics, stories, artworks—to understand how and why they function. I am a continuous learner, independent thinker, courageous empath, and joyful creator.
Originally from Dallas, I am currently based in New Haven, CT.
